I have read this agreement and fully understand its terms. I also understand that by accepting it I have given up substantial legal rights. I have accepted it freely and voluntarily. No inducements, assurances or guarantees have been made to me. By accepting this I intend it to be a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law.
